A: Kinder World is located at 6565 Belleau Wood Lane, Sacramento, California 95822. This location is off Freeport Blvd, convenient to I-5. We serve families from Pocket, South Land Park, West Sacramento, Greenhaven, South Sacramento, Laguna and Elk Grove.
Q: How is Kinder World related to Treehouse Learning Center?
A: Kinder World and Treehouse are sister schools. Children can attend Kinder World or Treehouse depending on space and availability.

Q: Is this a preschool, transitional kindergarten, or a child care center?
A: Kinder World is all 3. We are a 12-month preschool and kindergarten educational program with extended daycare.
Q: What ages can attend Kinder World?
A: Children age 5 or younger, or before they begin kindergarten can attend Kinder World.
Q: Can parents enroll children part time?
A: Yes, parents can enroll part days, a few days a week, a few hours a day or for unlimited hours. Kinder World also accommodates families needing drop-in care options.
Q: How long has Kinder World been licensed?
A: Kinder World was licensed in 1988 as Kinder World Daycare.
Q: Are meals included, and are they healthy?
A: Yes, meals are included. Kinder World strives to provide a balanced and healthy diet for its children.
Q: Does a child need to be potty trained to attend preschool?
A: No, they do not have to be potty ready. We work with parents when a child is ready for potty training.
Q: How do children qualify for the free state preschool programs?
A: Kinder World offers 3-hour state preschool sessions. The child must be at least three years old by December 2nd of that year and never have attended kindergarten. Child must be on the Centralized Eligibility List offered by Child Action. Please see our Enrollment page for more information.

Q: What are the qualifications of the teachers?
A: The Executive Director has a Master’s degree in education/early childhood education. All teachers have completed early childhood education course work. They are certified in CPR & First Aid and have passed TB test, background checks, and fingerprints. They also receive training on a regular basis and attend continuing education classes.
Q: Will my child be ready for kindergarten?
A: Yes, Kinder World's childhood education program is designed to prepare your child for kindergarten by placing children in an environment where they will learn to socialize with peers and excel in school.
